Top 6 things we can all do to improve our health and immune function ...

1. Vitamin D from the sun (in short 5-10min bursts)

2. 7-8 hours of sleep

3. Hydration (pale yellow to clear urine)

4. Nutrition (more fruits and vegetables)

5. Exercise 30min/day (among other things to retain full lung function and activate the lymphatic system to get the toxins out)

6. Breathwork (to keep every cell, tissue and organ in the body sufficiently oxygenated to operate properly) *** This includes relaxation and all things a person can do to reduce stress in their lives ...  including forgiveness, lifestyle change,  moving to a new city, "divorcing" people that create the opposite of calm in your life, etc.
